This is a one month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extending to a three month fixed term contract, following which a permanent position may be offered depending on performance.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processesCreditors FunctionsProcess invoices and paymentsReconcile statements and resolve any discrepanciesAssist with month-end and year-end closing proceduresSupport in the preparation of financial reports and budgeting activitiesAssist with payroll processingMaintain accurate and up-to-date financial recordsProvide administrative support to the finance teamRequirements Relevant qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldPrior experience in an accounting or finance role is preferredStrong attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareExcellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamGood communication and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of basic accounting principles and practicesExperience with bookkeepingContact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
