Key Responsibilities: Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently in accordance with company standards.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Customer Experience: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing any issues promptly and maintaining quality service standards.Menu Management: Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain menu quality, address food safety standards, and oversee food preparation and presentation.Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, expenses, and revenue; assist with financial forecasts and strategies to improve profitability.Marketing & Promotion: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers.Community Engagement: Represent Cape Malay House within the community, fostering relationships that enhance our brand and business.Job Type: Full-time
