Programme Purpose: The CAPACITI - Graduate Accelerator Learnership Programmes are designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge required to thrive in tech industry.
This Learnership Programme will cover topics, including Support Services, Systems Development, Communication Networks, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning and more, preparing participants for various roles in the tech industry.

Candidates will be provided with workplace and employment support after completing the program.
To apply, you need to meet the following criteria 1.
Provide your Academic Record and certificate of Highest academic achievement.
2.
No criminal record and a clear credit history.
3. Meet the minimum NQF level qualification - NQF 5 in Support Services, Systems Development, Communication Networks, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning.
4. Either self-taught or have prior IT training.
5. Competent in current technologies and desire to follow a career in IT.
6. South African Nationality.
7. Between the age range of 18 to 35 years old.
8. Be unemployed at the time of application.
9. Able to attend full-time training Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00) 10. Able to commit to the full 6–12-month Learnership Programme and committed to completing it.
