Stipend: R4000 – R6000 Programme Streams: Software/Systems Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning, Communication Network and Support Services – Important – The Programme stream will be confirmed during the course of Recruitment.
Programme Purpose:
The CAPACITI – Diversity and Inclusion Graduate Accelerator Learnership Programmes 2025 is designed to equip candidates with the necessary skills and knowledge required to thrive in the tech industry. This Learnership Programme will cover topics, including Software/Systems Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning, Communication Network and Support Services, preparing participants for various roles in the tech industry.

Complete and submit assessments and projects as required throughout the program.
Complete practical workplace activities on time and to a high standard.
Participate in all activities, tasks, and workshops.

Communicate with your team of mentors and managers respectfully and professionally.
Be open to new, challenging, exciting, life-changing interventions and career activations.
What will I gain at the end of the program? Candidates will receive an opportunity to gain access to a wide network of field specialists and thought leaders, adding to their growing understanding of the tech world and how we need to be future-focused. Candidates will receive, depending on their technical stream, certifications that will aid their life-long journey and career in the digital economy. Candidates will be able to engage with the professional industry having built core job and career critical skills, learned self-regulation and financial literacy, and will have had a one-to-one mentorship by various members of our team. Candidates will be provided with workplace and employment support after completing the program.
To apply, you need to meet the following criteria:
Provide your Academic Record and certificate of Highest academic achievement.
No criminal record and a clear credit history.
Meeting the minimum entry level NQF level qualification – NQF 5 in Software/Systems Development, Data Science, Cybersecurity, AI/Machine Learning, Communication Network and Support Services – Important – The Programme stream will be confirmed during Recruitment.
Either self-taught or have prior IT training.
Competent in current technologies and desire to follow a career in IT.
South African Nationality.
Between the age range of 18 to 35 years old.
Be unemployed at the time of application.
Able to attend full-time training Monday to Friday (08:00 - 17:00).
Able to commit to the full 6–12-month Learnership Programme and committed to completing it.
