Candidate Selection Coordinator

The successful candidate will be responsible for:Effectively and efficiently coordinating the following in respect of candidate selection:Liaising with software developers, service providers, support contractors and Party structures at provincial and regional levelSystem monitoring, testing and reportingManaging verification processesManaging helpdesk requests and technical queriesRequesting and circulating information on the candidate selection processMinimum requirements:National Senior Certificate or equivalent3 years' experience in a senior administrative roleProject management experienceComputer literacy, particularly MS Office suite, with advanced ExcelSkills:Written and verbal communication, including minute taking and agenda preparationAttention to detailAbilities:Process and understand complex regulationsMulti-task and/or manage several projects simultaneouslyOrganisation and administrationOutcomes-orientated, not simply task-orientatedWork well under pressureWork independentlyApply sound judgementKnowledge and Commitment:Commitment to the principles, policies and programme of action of the Democratic AllianceWillingness to go the extra mile, which may include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
