Minimum requirements: Liaising with software developers, service providers, support contractors and Party structures at provincial and regional levelSystem monitoring, testing and reportingManaging verification processesManaging helpdesk requests and technical queriesRequesting and circulating information on the candidate selection processRecord keeping of meetingsNational Senior Certificate or equivalent3 years experience in a senior administrative roleRelevant project management experienceExperience with system setup and/or managementComputer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite, with advanced ExcelKnowledge of the internal working of the Party advantageousStrong writing skills including minute taking and agenda preparationAbility to process and understand complex regulationsAbility to multi-task and/or manage several projects simultaneouslyExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organisational abilitiesSystematic, comprehensive and displaying excellent attention to detailsWillingness to go the extra mile, which may include working long and irregular hours, weekends, and public holidays where necessary
