Candidate Quantity Surveyor

One of our clients is seeking to hire a Candidate Quantity Surveyors to work on commercial and mixed-use developments in Cape Town, South Africa. Requirements: · WinQS and Dim X experience is essential. · 5 Years experience working on private sector development projects. Responsibilities: · Cost plans / Elemental estimates. · Measurement of BOQ's for principal and subcontract tender documentation including the drafting of the contract conditions. · Cost and budget control of the principal and subcontracts throughout the project including monthly valuation, project payment summaries, monthly cost reporting. · Measuring and negotiating final accounts with principal contractors and subcontractors.
