Candidate/Pr Quantity Surveyor

Our client has an amazing opportunity for a Candidate/Pr Quantity Surveyor based in Centurion, Gauteng Industry: PQS Level: Mid-Senior Key Requirements: Bachelors/Honors Degree in Quantity Surveying. Valid SAQSP Registration as a Candidate or PrQS 4 years experience in a Consultant/Client QS position within a private SA firm. Experience with commercial and industrial greenfield refurbishment and construction projects. Strong understanding of Building Contracts Administration and JBCC knowledge. Proficient in managing multi-discipline project AEC systems and working alongside BIM Managers. Practical industry knowledge and experience in order of magnitudes, estimates, and BOQs. Personal Attributes: Proven ability to manage Quantity Surveying tasks from inception to completion and FM handover. Strong public relations and client management skills, with a focus on maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communicator with practical experience in a multidisciplinary team environment.
