Job DescriptionThis position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, sourcing, and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with Client Relationship Managers to ensure a smooth and timely recruitment process.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable & qualified candidates for further evaluation.Conduct interviews with candidates, evaluate their qualifications and fit for the position.Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.Ensure compliance with equal employment opportunity laws and other relevant regulations.Stay abreast of recruitment trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.Liaise with relevant stakeholders to introduce and implement high talent culture initiatives.Desired Experience & QualificationCompleted Matric – Secondary Qualification would be an added advantageRecruitment agency experience (added advantage)Candidates sourcing & relevant working experience using online platforms such as P-Net, LinkedIn, Social Media recruitment is essentialTargeted Selection/ Competency-based Interviewing System is essentialStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniquesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection.Package & RemunerationBenefits include medical aid and pension fund.Interested?If you are interested in taking your career and earning potential to the next level, this is the opportunity for you.
