Campus Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Campus Lead to join our team at Greys Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, ensuring the quality of academic delivery, human resources, sales processes, finance, and student satisfaction.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, with experience in leading sales teams and attending career expos. They will also have a proven track record of managing lecturers and operations, as well as ensuring Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols are in place.The Campus Lead will be responsible for marketing and promoting the business, with a focus on new business B2B and government sales. They will also be responsible for managing a sales team and ensuring the overall success of the campus.Requirements for the role include a 3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management/Sales & Marketing, as well as tertiary education and post-graduate studies in Hospitality Management (advantageous). The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in branch management activities of a small to medium-sized company.Candidates with proven experience in campus head, deputy campus head, department head, hotel manager, or cruise ship experience are encouraged to apply.The salary for this role is R540 000 - R600 000 per year, plus commission and potential for an annual bonus.
