About the role:The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction, while marketing and promoting the business.Responsibilities:Focus on sales (new business B2B & Government business)Management of a sales teamAttending career exposOperations managementFacilities managementEnsuring OHSRequirements:3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing.Tertiary education.Post-graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous.Proven previous sales management skills.Considered a 'driver'.Experience in the hospitality industry.At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company.
