Our client is seeking a Campus Head for their West Rand campus.About the role:The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, by managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction and to market and promote the business.Responsibilities:The role will focus on sales (new business B2B & Government business)Management of a sales teamAttending career exposLecturer managementOperations managementFacilities managementEnsuring OHSRequirements:3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing.Tertiary education.Post-graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous.Proven previous sales management skills.Previous management experience.Is considered a 'driver'.Has experience in the hospitality industry.At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company.Encouraged Candidates:Campus headsDeputy campus headsDepartment headsHotel ManagersCruise Ship experienceSalary:R R480 000Plus commissionPotential for an annual bonus
