Campus Head

About the role:
The overall purpose of the Campus Head is to lead the key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, by managing the quality of academic delivery, human resources, the total sales process, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction and to market and promote the business.

Responsibilities:The role will focus on sales (new business B2B & Government business).Management of a sales team.Attending career expos.Lecturer management.Operations management.Facilities management.Ensuring OHS. Requirements:3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management / Sales & Marketing.Tertiary education.Post-graduate in Hospitality Management advantageous.Proven previous sales management skills.Previous management experience.Is considered a 'driver'.Has experience in the hospitality industry.At least 3 - 5 years experience in branch management activities of a small to middle size company. Encouraged Experience:Campus heads.Deputy campus heads.Department heads.Hotel Managers.Cruise Ship experience. Salary:R540 000 - R600 000.Plus commission.Potential for an annual bonus.
