Seeking a Campus Head to lead key stakeholders and operations at a campus level, managing academic delivery, human resources, sales, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction.The Campus Head will oversee the quality of academic delivery, human resources, sales, finance, facilities, and student satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:Managing a sales team to drive new business and government salesLeading a team of lecturers and ensuring high-quality academic deliveryAttending career expos to promote the businessManaging operations and facilities to ensure smooth campus operationsEnsuring Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards are metThe ideal candidate will have:A 3-year qualification in Business or Management/Sales & MarketingProven sales management skills and previous management experienceA strong track record of driving sales growth and managing teamsAt least 3-5 years of experience in branch management activities of a small to medium-sized companySalary: R480 000 plus commission and potential for an annual bonus.
