About the Role: Manage sales, new business, and government business Lead a sales team Attend career expos Manage lecturers Oversee operations and facilities Ensure occupational health and safety The Ideal Candidate: Has a 3-year qualification in Business or Hospitality Management/Sales & Marketing Has tertiary education Has a post-graduate degree in Hospitality Management (advantageous) Has proven sales management skills Has previous management experience Is a motivated individual Has experience in the hospitality industry Has at least 3-5 years of experience in branch management activities of a small to medium-sized company Salary: R540 000 - R600 000 Plus commission Potential for an annual bonus
