Qualifications and Skills required:Relevant qualification in finance, accounting, or a related field (e.g., BCom, Accounting diploma, etc.).3 - 5 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the education sector.Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.High level of integrity and attention to detail.Key responsibilities:Manage and oversee the financial administration of the school, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.ReportingEnsure compliance with statutory and organisational financial policies and regulations.Administer payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable processes.Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.Coordinate and oversee procurement processes, ensuring value for money and adherence to budgets.Collaborate with the school leadership team to develop financial strategies that support the institutions educational goals.Manage and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.Support the Head of School and Board of Governors with financial insights and recommendations.Please consider your application unsuccessful if you have not heard from us within 2 weeks.
