Job DescriptionWe are currently recruiting for a Campaigns Support Specialist Money Account to join our dynamic team.Responsible for administration around leads and campaign management. Participates in the campaign planning via pre-campaign data extractions. Extracts and executes campaigns based on the agreed criteria. Participates in evaluation and administration of campaign criteria. Measures campaign performance and provides reports to management. Responds to queries regarding clients extracted. Manages the data integrity of the campaign extraction toolset, including quality checks, capability testing and data signoff. Responsible for building strong relationships with cross-functional teams. Data and campaign performance analytics, insights, and recommendations. Check and circulate lead summary campaign activity and ensuring seamless executions as per business objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor campaigns to enhance effectiveness.
