Campaigns & Marketing Specialist

The Nelson Mandela Foundation seeks to employ a Campaigns & Marketing Specialist to drive the execution of organisational campaigns and marketing efforts.
Key responsibilities of the jobDevelops, executes and monitors impactful campaigns in support of communications strategy
Aligns marketing activities with the digital strategy of the Foundation.
Lead development of advertising material, including writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as recruiting designers, animators and printers.
Monitors the budget for advertising and promotional items.
Develops and manages integrated marketing plans, build campaign journeys and audience mapping and organises events for all programmes of the Foundation,
Implements the approved brand strategy and value proposition for short as well as long-term campaigns
Creates and manages promotional collateral towards a sound institutional and programme branding
Foster good relationships with external partners, vendors, and agencies
Qualifications & experienceMatric
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Project Management and Marketing
Post-graduate qualification in Communications/Marketing/Public Relations will be an advantage
A minimum of five (5) years' experience in professional marketing and events environment.
Working conditionsThe role is mainly office-based, with occasional local travel.
