12 weeks 36 hours £46.28ph paye or £58.85ph umbrella. To lead, develop and operationally manage the Campaigns Team, contributing to the delivery of the authority's campaigns programme and strategic objectives. To be responsible for overseeing delivery of a number of key campaigns ensuring these are based on audience insight; with clear objectives and agreed measurement for evaluation; delivered through an integrated communications plan using innovative communications approaches where possible. They will build relationships with key stakeholders within and outside the council and work with wider services to help the council achieve its objectives. To ensure quality and value for money at all times. To ensure the service complies with relevant legislation, regulations and policies. To strategically manage, develop, organise and control a professional service area ensuring the delivery of the service meets all client, professional and legislative requirements.
