Job Title: Campaign PlannerLocation: SandtonJob Type: Full-timeWe are looking for a highly organised and knowledgeable Campaign Planner to join our Retail Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive sales, revenue growth, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and sales, with excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. The Campaign Planner will work closely with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders, including creative, digital, sales teams and vendors, to ensure the successful implementation of campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, event).Target Audience Analysis: Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify target audiences, preferences, and behaviors.Marketing Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets, track expenses, and ensure ROI-driven investments.Performance Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide data-driven insights for future campaign optimization.Stakeholder Communication: Communicate campaign plans, progress, and results to internal stakeholders, including sales teams, product managers, and executive leadership.Sales Alignment: Collaborate with sales teams to ensure campaign messaging, positioning, and tactics align with sales strategies and objectives.Qualifications:Essential:Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field.Proven experience as a Campaign Planner or similar role in a marketing or advertising agency.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels and metrics.Proficiency with marketing analytics tools and platforms.Experience with data analytics and interpretation, including familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Desirable:Experience in sales or sales support roles.Certification in marketing, such as Google Analytics Certification and UX.If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for marketing and a track record of successful campaign planning, we would love to hear from you.
