This role offers the opportunity to drive our online presence, enhance brand visibility, and engage with a global audience, all while working in a beautiful environment with great career development and growth opportunities.Minimum Requirements:Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.Minimum of 3 years' experience as a CRM Campaign Manager or similar role, ideally within the property or hospitality sectors.Relevant certifications from Google and Meta (Facebook) are required.Proven track record of managing successful paid search and social media campaigns across multiple platforms.Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other PPC tools.Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and bid management.Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking and optimizing campaign performance.Familiar with content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut) and social media management platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).Strong creative skills for crafting compelling content aligned with Pezula Nature Retreat's brand.Excellent analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Genuine passion for wellness and hospitality.Ready to Join?
