Areas of Responsibility:Develop a deep knowledge of Wellness Warehouse business and communications capabilities to confidently manage supplier relationshipsUnderstand digital campaigning and channels as well as formulating successful marketing plansTo foster strong, productive relationships:with supplier baseacross the Wellness Warehouse team, particularly with merchandising team, 3rd parties and creative teamManage all activity for supplier base and deliver against agreed budget and timelines, working with key contactsClose the loop: Ensure timely delivery of results to suppliers, reporting against the individual requirements of the brief with a recommendation for future investment based on learnings from the campaign evaluationRemain up to date on industry trends, seeking out and demonstrating creative thinking in leveraging new opportunities to drive growthDevelop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow the company's social media followingCurate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and TikTokManage the company's social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling and postingCollaborate with internal & external teams, including marketing, design, and product development & suppliers, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives and brand identityAnalyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and inform strategic decision-makingStay updated on emerging social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and integrate new features and technologies into social media strategies as appropriateDevelop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate reach & awareness through influencer partnershipsIdentify and research potential influencers and content creators in relevant niches and industries, establish and nurture relationships with key influencersCo-ordinate influencer campaigns and activations, including content creation, product seeding, event attendance, and sponsored collaborations (new store openings, revamps, seasonal shoots, campaigns & always on)Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including but not limited to contract negotiation, campaign briefing, content approval, and compensation/payment.Collaborate with internal & external teams, including marketing, social media, PR, and product development & supplier paid marketing, to align influencer marketing efforts with overall business objectives and brand identityMonitor and analyze influencer performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and inform strategic decision-makingStay updated on emerging influencer marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates, and integrate new features and technologies into influencer strategies as appropriateManage influencer relationships and ensure a positive experience for influencers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional mannerMonitor industry trends, competitor activities, and influencer partnerships in the market, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize influencer marketing initiativesStay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines governing influencer marketing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and ethical standardsJob SpecificationsUniversity degree – ideally with postgraduate qualification (marketing major desired); or equivalent business experiencePrevious client-related marketing experience, ideally in retail or FMCGExperience in direct, in-store and digital marketing practices as well as media evaluationExperience with managing social media and influencersExcellent project management and communication, well organised with attention to detailAbility to manage suppliers at peer level and above; proven negotiation skills, articulate and confidentSelf-motivated with an understanding of analytics and the creative development processProactive and a team player with a 'can do' attitudeFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
