Areas of Responsibility: Develop a deep knowledge of Wellness Warehouse business and communications capabilities to confidently manage supplier relationships Understand digital campaigning and channels as well as formulating successful marketing plans To foster strong, productive relationships: with supplier base across the Wellness Warehouse team, particularly with merchandising team, 3rd parties and creative team Manage all activity for supplier base and deliver against agreed budget and timelines, working with key contacts Close the loop: Ensure timely delivery of results to suppliers, reporting against the individual requirements of the brief with a recommendation for future investment based on learnings from the campaign evaluation Remain up to date on industry trends, seeking out and demonstrating creative thinking in leveraging new opportunities to drive growth Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and grow the company's social media following Curate compelling content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, LinkedIn, and TikTok Manage the company's social media accounts, including content planning, scheduling and posting Collaborate with internal & external teams, including marketing, design, and product development & suppliers, to ensure alignment of social media efforts with overall business objectives and brand identity Analyze social media performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and inform strategic decision-making Stay updated on emerging social media trends, best practices, and platform updates, and integrate new features and technologies into social media strategies as appropriate Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate reach & awareness through influencer partnerships Identify and research potential influencers and content creators in relevant niches and industries, establish and nurture relationships with key influencers Co-ordinate influencer campaigns and activations, including content creation, product seeding, event attendance, and sponsored collaborations (new store openings, revamps, seasonal shoots, campaigns & always on) Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including but not limited to contract negotiation, campaign briefing, content approval, and compensation/payment.
Collaborate with internal & external teams, including marketing, social media, PR, and product development & supplier paid marketing, to align influencer marketing efforts with overall business objectives and brand identity Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics, track KPIs, and generate regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and inform strategic decision-making Stay updated on emerging influencer marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates, and integrate new features and technologies into influencer strategies as appropriate Manage influencer relationships and ensure a positive experience for influencers, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and influencer partnerships in the market, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize influencer marketing initiatives Stay informed about relevant regulations and guidelines governing influencer marketing, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and ethical standards Job Specifications University degree – ideally with postgraduate qualification (marketing major desired); or equivalent business experience Previous client-related marketing experience, ideally in retail or FMCG Experience in direct, in-store and digital marketing practices as well as media evaluation Experience with managing social media and influencers Excellent project management and communication, well organised with attention to detail Ability to manage suppliers at peer level and above; proven negotiation skills, articulate and confident Self-motivated with an understanding of analytics and the creative development process Proactive and a team player with a 'can do' attitude Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
