Who we are: A leading Financial Services company.What we do: We offer affordable and reliable financial services to the emerging consumer.What we are looking for: A Campaign Manager: Financial services. What you will do: The Campaign Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on promoting our financial services and remittances offerings. The primary purpose of this role is to plan and implement marketing initiatives that effectively engage target audiences, drive customer acquisition and enhance brand awareness and loyalty on a global scale.Our company is a fast-paced, rapidly growing fintech business. This role extends beyond marketing execution. It involves effective planning, market analysis, collaboration with cross-functional teams and a deep understanding of both the fintech industry and market dynamics. The Campaign Manager must navigate complex challenges such as regulatory compliance, cultural diversity and technological advancements, while driving impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences across different regions and demographics.Plan and execute integrated marketing campaignsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsUtilise market research and customer insightsMonitor and analyse campaign performanceManage campaign budgets and resourcesWhat do you need:Bachelors degree or Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Business or related field5 years' proven experience in managing campaignsExperience in the fintech industry or relevant financial services sector will be an added advantageUnderstanding of the fintech industry, financial services and digital banking, including experience in marketing fintech productsProject management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlinesAnalytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-makingCollaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with various teams, including product development, sales and customer supportExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholdersCreativity and a keen eye for design and messagingProficiency in marketing analytics and metrics, with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimise campaigns
