Requirements

A relevant tertiary qualification (or similar) in either Management or Hospitality (Beneficial)
A minimum of 3 years Camp Management experience (Luxury Establishments-Essential)
Good financial acumen (English)
Proven track record and contactable references

Description

The candidate must be highly respectful to local cultures and work well with local staff members.
Good allrounder with in-depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Guiding, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR, etc.).
Guest-focused philosophy.
Hosting responsibilities.
Must work accurately under pressure.
People skills – tolerance, patience, and care.
Demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability towards changing working hours and shifts according to the requirements of a 24-hour operation.
Respond to changes in job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property.
Manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them.
Provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates.

Package on offer

R Highly Neg per month, depending on experience.
Double pay with completion of first month – t's & c's do apply.
