Requirements

A relevant tertiary qualification (or similar) in either Management or Hospitality
(Beneficial)

A minimum of 3 years Camp Management experience
(Luxury Establishments-Essential)

Good financial acumen (English)
Proven track record and contactable references

Description
The candidate must be highly respectful to local cultures and works well with local staff members
Good allrounder/s, where both candidates have in depth knowledge of all lodge aspects (FOH, F&B, Guiding, Maintenance, Finances, Operations, HR etc.)

Must work accurately under pressure
People skills – tolerance, patience, and care
To demonstrate and promote flexibility and adaptability towards changing working hours and shifts according to the requirements of a 24-hour operation
To respond to changes in your job function as dictated by the industry, company, or the property
To manage and monitor all costs and implement measures to control them
To provide effective leadership through professional management and encouragement of all subordinates

Package on offer

R Highly Neg per month, depending on experience
Double pay with completion of first month – t's & c's do apply
