Key Responsibilities:

Ensure seamless guest check-ins and host memorable meal experiences.
Maintain exceptional brand standards and innovate new ideas to enhance guest experience.
Oversee daily operations and manage stock control.
Engage with guests and inspire your team to deliver extraordinary service.

Skills & Experience:

At least 2 years of relevant experience in a five-star environment, with a strong managerial background.
Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and the ability to thrive under pressure.
A valid unendorsed South African driver's license and proficiency in MS Office.
A passion for guest delight, coupled with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.

Package: Market-related salary and a permanent live-in position.
