The Camp Manager for either Echo or Whichaway camp is responsible for the overall guest experience whilst guests are in Antarctica. You are responsible for the coordination of your team in terms of all guest activities and movements. The Camp Manager is expected to check the weather reports sent from Wolf's Fang Runway (WFR) to liaise with the Head Guide and Maintenance team to assess the potential effects of the Antarctic weather on the sleeping pods, main areas, and containers as well as all safe operations around Camp and the guest activities.The role will be supported by a Hospitality Manager who will oversee Camp performance and be based at Wolf's Fang Runway.
