We thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity at a high-end, exclusive 5-star safari camp in the stunning Northern Cape. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CAMP MANAGER & TRAILS GUIDE COUPLE to elevate guests' experiences to new heights.
Camp Manager Requirements:
• Hospitality Diploma or Degree is a plus
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar role at a high-end bush lodge
• Mastery of both BOH and FOH operations
• Proven track record in developing and implementing SOPs
• Strong financial skills
• Expert in stock inventory and management
• Proficient with PMS and POS systems; PANSTRAT knowledge is a bonus
• Detail-oriented with a passion for world-class service and fine dining
• Exceptional leadership, delegation, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Must possess a valid driver's license
Trails Guide Requirements:
• Over 5 years of experience at a luxury 5-star property
• Lead Trails qualification preferred; candidates nearing completion will be considered
• FGASA Level 3 preferred, minimum Level 2 required
• ARH & Rifle proficiency with SAPS Competency Certificate
• Valid Driver's license, PrDP, and First Aid Level 2
• CATHSSETA / DEAT Registered
• Photography skills are a plus
• Physically fit, charismatic, and confident
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Stable employment history with contactable references
