Camp Manager | Eastern Cape

JD Specialized Recruitment is partnering with an award-winning 5* lodge in the Eastern Cape to recruit a guest-centric Camp Manager to join their team.
Experience & Skills Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Hospitality or equivalent (Essential)
At least 2 years' experience in a similar Front of House position at a 4/5* establishment
Guest-centric, eye for detail and extremely high standards of service.
Good guest hosting skills with knowledge of Food & Beverage service, housekeeping, and front office
Ability to lead and direct a team to deliver outstanding guest service.
Excellent communication skills in English, PC literate with MS Office and knowledge of Lightspeeds and Protel software advantageous
Previous experience with weekly & monthly reporting, stock takes, and control.
Driver's license essential
Sound employment history with contactable references.

Salary – R17 K Live in
Work Cycle - 4 days on, open to close, then 3 days off
