Call Centre Team Leader

RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced CALL CENTRE TEAM LEADER for a well-established, growing concern position based along the outskirts of Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal. JOB DESCRIPTIONGrade 12.Relevant qualifications an added advantage.Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle. Alternatively, company does provide transport for employees.Competent computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).Outbound call centre experience is ESSENTIAL.3yrs+ previous working experience in a similar position / working experience in leading a call centre team.Proven sales track record.Strong management skills / team leader.Must be willing to work UK time zone (approximately 10AM 7PM daily).
