BUSINESS UNIT: FUNERAL SERVICES ICEBOLETHU GROUP: CALL CENTRE - DURBAN REFERENCE NUMBER: CCTM0624 SALARY: MARKET RELATED Icebolethu Group is an Authorised Financial Service Provider FSP45714 and a Level 1 BBBEE Contributor is South Africa's second largest Funeral Assurance Group. It is also a Winner of the Standard Bank KZN - Top Brand award for 2022, a centre of excellence and a leading provider of dignified burial solutions.

Icebolethu Group is currently in search of a Team Leader, the successful incumbent will be responsible to build and manage a team of 20 or more Outbound Agents who will procure new business for Icebolethu. The incumbent is accountable for achieving results through others whilst serving under this title.
Minimum Qualifications. Business Management Experience and Knowledge required. 2 years' experience in Middle Management role (Inbound/Outbound) Proficient in English – essential (writing, reading, speaking) Bi-lingual – advantage (writing, reading, speaking) Computer literate - MS Office, especially Excel – essential Regulatory Exam and NQF 5 FAIS credits advantageous Financial Service Experience (advantageous) Clear Credit & Criminal Record Skills and Competencies required. Must have good communication skills Sales Management Computer skills Administration skills Performance Management Coaching Problem Solving
