Our client seeks to employ a  Call Centre Supervisor  with a proven track record in  debt recovery  and  target-driven sales .
  In this role, you will lead, train, and motivate a team of agents to meet and exceed their goals while driving sales performance.

Key Responsibilities: Recruit, onboard, and train collection agents.
Drive team performance to meet collection and sales KPIs.
Provide feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.
Handle escalated cases and ensure resolution.
Collaborate closely with the Collections Manager on performance and reporting.
Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in  collections  or  debt recovery , with a focus on  sales performance .
Proven leadership experience with a strong ability to drive sales results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
