Call Centre Sales Rep (R7500 Basic)

Our client is seeking an experiencessales representativethat hasretail/FMCG (preferably with food) experience, to join their team based in,Epping, Cape Town.
Salary R 7500 basic.
Commission earnings possible.
Dual role
For the first half of the day, sales and advertising new promotions through call centre to various clients. Dealing with complaints and inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and upholding the companies brand.
for the second half of the day, would be processing orders, packing and sending off orders.

Must have:
At least 2 years experience in a call centre from the retail/FMCG environment, preferable food
MUSTfluently speak, read and write English and Afrikaans (non-negotiable)
Matric
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
Tertiary qualification advantageous
