Call Centre Sales ManagerA debt consolidations company based in Salt River, Cape Town is looking for a Call Centre Sales Manager to join their team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesOverseeing sales, promotions, and campaigns.Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives.Participating in planned activities that are appropriate for own and staff development.Identifying knowledge gaps within the team and developing plans for filling them.Managing people performance in the area of responsibility.Ensuring continuous process improvement to enable effective operational processes.Directing and coordinating all sales activities.Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures.Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics.Handling and resolving customer complaints.Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation.Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients.Ensuring that company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team.Defining and executing territory sales plans.Desired Experience & QualificationGrade 12 Commercial Degree/Diploma – advantageous.Five or more years of experience in managing sales in a corporate call centre setting.Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively.Package & RemunerationR35 000 - R40 000 CTC
