Call Centre Sales Associate

Our client is looking for a Call Centre Sales Associate to join their growing team.


Essential Functions: Take inbound calls or make using inbuilt dialer to assist clients with soft salesPerforms moderately complex transaction processing workIdentifies and resolves problems in a timely fashion following established guidelinesIncumbents have a good understanding of their specific product or functional area and are flexibleThe successful candidate should have problem solving and analytic mindset, attention to detail and ability to work in a target driven environment is a mustEnsure that the calls are handled as per Desktop proceduresEnsure that the assigned targets in accordance with SLA and any internal standards are metEnsure that the quality of the call handling is in compliance with predefined parameters as defined byProcess Excellence standards: Maintain and provide the relevant process reports in a timely mannerEnsure adherence to established attendance schedulesRequirements: Must have a National Senior Certificate (Matric Certificate)Must have a Clear Credit recordMust have a Clear Criminal recordInternational call centre experience required (1 year)6 months Sales, Call Centre experience (advantages)Must be fluent in English (Level B2 English Proficiency)Salary and benefits: R 6500 BasicNight shift allowanceUtilization bonusUncapped commissionTransport provided if working lateShifts: 24/7 Rotational shift environment. Between 3pm and 6am
