Position: Sales Agents
Location: 15 Fairways Avenue, Mount Edgecombe, Business Park, Estate 2
Responsibilities:
• Handle outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy
• Listen actively to customer inquiries and provide accurate information or assistance
• Utilize company systems and tools to accurately record customer interactions and update information
• Meet or exceed performance targets for call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with customers
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using call center software and CRM systems
