Call Centre Outbound Agent

Icebolethu Group is currently in search of 18 X DBN Call Centre Outbound Agents, who will facilitate bringing in new business through cold calling and selling Icebolethu products. The incumbent should possess, but not be limited to, the following qualifications:

Minimum Qualification Matric Experience and Knowledge Required Any tertiary development courses. Experience in Call Centre or customer services. 1-2 years Sales or Insurance experience. Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook). Financial Service Experience (advantageous). Clear Credit & Criminal Record. Skills and Competencies Required Must have good communication skills. Computer skills. Administration skills.
