Join Our Journey Your Role: Lead with Vision: Oversee a significant portion of our call centre operations, ensuring we're efficient, scalable, and cost-effective.Client Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to seamlessly onboard new clients.Operational Excellence: Partner with Operations Directors to refine processes, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve.Team Development: Mentor and guide our Call Centre agents, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.Compliance & Governance: Ensure we operate within legislative frameworks and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
What We're Looking For: Experience: 3+ years leading customer care teams with a proven track record.Leadership Experience: Proven track record leading high-performing teams.
Communication: Exceptional English communication skills.Integrity: A transparent, honest, and straightforward approach.Education: A Bachelor's degree is desirable, as is project management and/or training experience.Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ERP software, CRM, and call center platforms.
