We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Centre Consultant to join our team. As a Call Centre Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with assistance, information, and solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You will handle a variety of incoming calls, emails, and other communication channels in a professional and courteous manner.Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving issues- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department- Keep detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Follow communication scripts and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team targets- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customersRequirements:- Previous experience in a customer service or call centre will have added advantage- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plusBenefits:- Competitive salary- Comprehensive training and development programs- Opportunities for career advancement- Health insurance and other benefits- Friendly and supportive work environment
