Role Overview:
As a Call Centre Bulk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple call centre roles. You will work closely with our hiring managers to ensure that we attract, interview, and onboard large volumes of candidates quickly and efficiently. You will play a key role in building high-performing teams that meet the needs of our clients and ensure smooth operations across our call centre campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for high volumes of call centre roles.
Sourcing Candidates: Use a variety of methods to source candidates, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and direct outreach.
Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone screenings and face-to-face or virtual interviews, assessing candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for call centre roles.
Hiring and Onboarding: Coordinate with hiring managers to make job offers, prepare contracts, and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Job Advertising & Campaigns: Write compelling job descriptions and manage bulk recruitment campaigns across various platforms.
Database Management: Keep accurate records of all applicants and candidates, ensuring data is updated in the recruitment system.
Collaboration: Work closely with other HR team members, managers, and team leaders to meet recruitment goals and ensure all roles are filled on time.
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all recruitment practices meet legal and company guidelines and provide regular reports on recruitment progress and metrics.
Requirements:
Experience in Bulk Recruitment: Proven experience in recruiting for call centre or customer service roles in high-volume environments.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and influence hiring decisions.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while keeping track of numerous candidates.
Sourcing Expertise: Skilled in using job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and other recruitment tools to identify potential candidates.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and other team members.
Time Management: Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using applicant tracking systems (ATS), Microsoft Office, and recruitment tools.
Understanding of Call Centre Operations: Knowledge of call centre dynamics and what makes a successful agent is a plus.
