Call Centre Agent (Sap)

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented SAP Call Centre Agent to join our team. The SAP Call Centre Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to end-users of SAP systems, assisting them with technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving incidents related to SAP modules. The role involves managing calls, emails, and other forms of communication to ensure a smooth experience for all users, while working closely with technical teams to address complex issues. Experience: Proven experience in a customer service or IT support role, ideally in an SAP environment. Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One) is highly desirable. Experience with IT ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) is beneficial. Technical Skills: Basic understanding of SAP system architecture and processes. Familiarity with system troubleshooting, user administration, and SAP transactions. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other business productivity tools. Familiarity with SAP Service Management or other incident management tools. Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Customer-centric mindset with the ability to handle high volumes of inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Languages: Fluency in (specific languages) (if applicable) may be required based on the client base.
