Job Opportunity: Call Centre Agents USA Global Marketing is looking for vibrant, energetic individuals with exceptional Call Centre sales skills or basic Call Centre experience to join our sales teams or lead generator teams. Previous call centre experience will be given preference.
Duties: We are seeking remote Call Centre Agents with sales experience or a basic Call Centre/Customer service background. USA Global Marketing runs various campaigns across the globe. We are looking for Agents to join our campaigns, and depending on experience levels, we offer:

In this position, you need to be energetic, enthusiastic, and confident. Must be able to think fast and on your feet, handling clients with ease. Salary will be discussed in an interview.
Hours: Monday to Friday and every second Saturday (depending on what campaign you are selected for). The times of working shifts will be discussed in the interview.

Minimum of two years experience in the Call Centre/Customer service environment. Must have no other jobs/studies/exams to finish off. Laptop or PC Operating System: Windows 10/11 with a 64-bit processor and 8GB RAM (No tablets or cellular devices). Computer literate. Fibre connection with a minimum upload and download speed of 30mbps. Headset: USB 2.0 connection (No Bluetooth or Aux headsets). Smartphone with WhatsApp is essential. Lan/Ethernet cable (plugged into Fibre router and computer for a stable connection). MUST have at least 64-BIT processor. MUST have at least 8GB RAM. Backup power for your router and PC in case of a power outage (e.g., UPS or a Generator that lasts 4-8 hours). All requirements must be met in order for your application to be successful.
