Call Centre Agent - Sales

Skills and Competencies: Minimum 1 year Inbound/Outbound Sales experience.Strong objection handling and rapport building skills.Good presentation and communication skills.Active listening skills.Must be able to work under pressure and be a quick thinker.Computer literate.Requirements: Minimum of 1 year Sales experience within a Contact Centre environment.Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language.Good presentation and communication skills.Active listening skills.Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe; must reside in Phoenix, Cornubia, or immediate surrounding areas.Must be able to work under pressure and be a quick thinker.Computer literate.Excellent telephone etiquette.Excellent rapport building skills and empathetic.Comfortable working with targets.Driven.Remuneration: Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R5500 basic + Attendance bonus (R750) + uncapped commission
ON TARGET EARNINGS OF R15 000 - R20 000
