Call Centre Agent - Sales

Skills and Competencies Minimum 1 year Inbound/Outbound Sales experience.
Strong objection handling and rapport building skills.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Active listening skills.
Must be able to work under pressure and be a quick thinker.
Computer literate.
Requirements Minimum of 1 year Sales experience within a Contact Centre environment.
Neutral accent and fully proficient in the English language.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Active listening skills.
Reliable transport to Mount Edgecombe/ must reside in Phoenix/ Cornubia or immediate surrounding areas.
Must be able to work under pressure and be a quick thinker.
Computer literate.
Excellent telephone and etiquette.
Excellent rapport building skills and empathetic.
Comfortable working with targets.  Driven Remuneration Job Type: Full-time Salary: R5500 basic + Attendance bonus (R750) + uncapped commission ON TARGET EARNINGS OF R15 000 - R20 000 Ability to commute: Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required).
