In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product information, and assisting customers with their hardware needs. Your goal will be to foster strong relationships with clients and drive sales while delivering top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.Provide detailed information about hardware products and solutions.Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services.Process orders and follow up on customer inquiries.Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.Qualifications Proven experience in a call centre or internal sales role, preferably in the hardware industry.Strong knowledge of hardware products.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.Proficient in using AS400 and Microsoft Office Suite.A positive attitude and a strong desire to help customers.
