Minimum Requirements:

A valid Matric certificate or the equivalent NQF level.
3+ years previous experience in the same role.
Previous work experience within a call center environment required.
Customer service orientated.
High levels of attention to detail and accurate reporting.
Able to follow instructions effectively.
Good communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
