This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer concerns, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesAnswer customer calls promptly and professionallyProvide information about products and servicesResolve customer issues and complaints effectivelyDocument customer interactions in the databaseMeet or exceed performance metrics and targetsQualificationsGrade 12 with degree or studying towards oneExperience in customer service or call centre preferredAbility to work in a team environmentTRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE
