Call Centre Agent

We are seeking a highly motivated Call Centre Agent with matric and outbound sales experience to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate must reside in or around Boksburg. As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell our products or services. You should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services. Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert them into successful sales. Clearly and effectively explain product features and benefits to customers. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using the company's CRM system. Handle customer objections and concerns with a professional, solution-oriented approach. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies to improve sales performance. Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to provide relevant information to customers. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service. Matric certificate or equivalent qualification. Proven experience in outbound sales (at least 6months preferred). Must reside in or around Boksburg, Gauteng. Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections. Experience using CRM systems or similar tools is an advantage. Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
