Call Centre Agent

We are seeking enthusiastic Call Centre Agents to join our dynamic team. As a Call Centre Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our products/services. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to handle high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred (1-2 years).Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
